Prices
The prices in this catalogue are quoted in Swiss francs, net, including VAT, and are guaranteed.
Items covered by a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep carefully. The following are not covered: damage caused by poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Availability
Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to our company. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and transport
Available items are sent by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. You will only be asked to make a contribution once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and we do not deliver goods to minors or those under guardianship, unless written authorisation has been obtained from the parents or guardian.

Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging (with reference labels), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. You are responsible for the return postage costs. In the case of an exchange order, the carriage costs of your new order are free. Items on special offer, promotion or clearance as well as batteries, books, gift vouchers and subscriptions cannot be returned or exchanged.

Legal guarantee
Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.

Data protection
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to process the order will be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies for the purpose of processing the order.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Commercial activities and relations between Diving Shop Immersion SA and the customer are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva (Switzerland).
